Before we get started, we kindly ask you take a minute to review our terms. By using our services or booking a project, you're agreeing to how we operate — no surprises, just clarity.

☑ BOOKING POLICY

To start a project, fill out our Project Detail Form Here

Your project is confirmed once we receive payment or verbal approval. Once confirmed, our Project Coordinator will follow up with a confirmation email to ensure all project details are aligned and everything runs smoothly.

☑ DAY-OF CHANGES

We cannot guarantee coverage if the project time or location changes the same day. We’ll always try our best, but last-minute changes may result in limited service or cancellation.

☑ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If notice is given late, we may retain your deposit or charge up to 50% of the project fee.

☑ ADDITIONAL TIME

If your project runs longer than planned, we will stay as needed and bill additional time at $200 per hour. An updated invoice will be sent after the project.

☑ PAYMENT TERMS

Final content will only be released once full payment is received. We accept credit cards, cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.

☑ COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

All media created by TruVUE Productions remains our property. You may not reuse, edit, or resell our work without written permission.

☑ CLIENT SATISFACTION

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll review your concerns and work with you toward a reasonable resolution.

☑ CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Please provide accurate project details and notify us of any special requests in advance. Clear communication helps us deliver the best experience possible. For real estate projects, the property must be clean and ready to shoot — our team does not handle staging.

☑ DELIVERABLES

Final deliverables and duration will be outlined in your project proposal. RAW files are not included unless requested and approved in writing, with possible additional fees.

☑ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during your session. By booking with us, you agree to hold TruVUE harmless from any related claims.

☑ CONFIDENTIALITY

We will not share your personal or project information with anyone else. Your privacy is important, and your details stay between you and our team.

☑ MODIFICATIONS

We may update these terms at any time.
Using our services means you agree to the most recent version outlined on our website.

☑ GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
